If the product arrives damaged or in poor condition, you can request a return within up to 90 days.

When the estimated date passes, the product will return to its original price.

Within this period, the user can contact us to file complaints and/or request a refund for their purchase, as required by the Electronic Commerce Law.

If your order has arrived in poor condition, the user must contact us by the same means within the first 5 days (calendar) from receiving the product.

We will request AEX to retrieve the returned product from the address provided by the customer.

1. How do I pay? We offer cash on delivery, which is the safest way to avoid risking your money. Pay only when you receive your package.
2. Do you have a physical store? We're a 100% online store; we don't have a physical store.
3. Are the products new? All our products are new.
4. What if the product doesn't work? We accept returns.

Our shipping is free for any of our products, within 2 to 5 business days. However, we offer Priority Shipping for CENTRAL, with delivery within the same day or within a maximum of 48 hours, which includes insurance for only 10,000 Gs.

All proposed delivery times for products are always estimates, and delays may occur without incurring any liability on the part of AEX. The user will be informed of the reasons for this delay if it occurs and upon request.
